HISTORICITY OF THE RESURRECTION
Dr. Lee was a professor of anthropology who often mocked those religious fools who didn’t believe in the theory of evolution. One day he was shocked to hear the Professor of English Literature, Mr. Samuel Johnson, having a conversation with some students about Jesus. Feeling the man must be deluded, deceived, or under a spell, he cornered him later and asked, “You don’t really BELIEVE in that Jesus stuff do you?” “Believe?” Samuel replied, “Why all the evidence points to that conclusion.” Dr. Lee was stunned. He had no idea anyone of any intelligence or education thought that. Finally he recovered enough to say, “I can’t imagine that you really believe that. ALL the evidence stands AGAINST that!
