One evening a little girl sat quietly as she watched her mother cover her face with cold cream. “Why do you put that cream on your face, Mommy?” “I do this to make myself beautiful, Darling,” said her mother. She then began to remove the cream with a tissue. “What’s the matter?” the girl asked. “Are you giving up?”
