A HAPPY ENDING
A husband and wife returned from a night at the play. Their children asked if the play had a happy ending. Their mother told them that it was a wonderful play that had a tragic ending. When Mom had finished her description of the play, their father answered, “I can’t speak for your mother, but I was happy when it was over.”
