SEARCHING FOR EFFECTIVE LEADERS
In any search for effective leaders, John C. Maxwell suggests that there are ten leadership qualities to seek in such a person: Character: Character flaws are the weak links in the organizational chain. Qualities such as honesty, integrity, self-control, teachability, faithfulness, persistence, consideration, a straightforward manner, and such. Watch out for one who fails to meet deadlines, who fails to take personal responsibility for his or her actions, and fails to keep promises.
