WRONG MEASUREMENT
At a pharmacy, a woman was weighing a baby on some infant scales. The clerk saw what she was doing and explained that the scales were not working correctly and told the woman, “I can help you by doing what we have been doing for some of the other mothers. We weigh the mother and the baby together; then we weigh the mother by herself and deduct that weight from the previous weight.” The woman snapped back immediately: “Oh, but that would not work at all! I am NOT the baby’s mother! I’m the baby’s aunt!”
