The careful driver was not sure his blinkers were working. He asked his son to get out of the car and tell him when his blinkers were working. His son got out of the car, walked to the front of the car and looked at the front of the car. The father turned on the blinker. The son responded immediately: Yes — no — yes — no — yes — no.
