WHAT’S STOPPING YOU?
When we recall past victories, it becomes easier to face our next challenge head-on. James Duff gave an example in his book Flashes Of Truth. He wrote: “Alexander the Great, after crossing the Hellesport, reached the river Granicus, which at that time was in full flood. One of his Generals strongly urged him to delay crossing until it was less perilous. ‘What,’ he said, ‘shall I disgrace myself after crossing the Hellesport by allowing my advance to be stopped by the rivulet?’ And over he went without hesitation.” From Flashes Of Truth, by James Duff
