PATIENCE WITH THE PASTOR
A man met with his pastor to discuss his lack of patience. “Pastor, it just seems like I am under a lot of stress. I keep losing my temper at everyone around me without any good reason.” The pastor listened carefully, paused, and responded, “I see, well let’s talk some about your situation.” The man angrily rose from his chair and screamed at the pastor: “What are you talking about, I just did talk to you about my situation! Weren’t you listening?!? Weren’t you listening?!?”
