Some of our best stories originate from our most trying experiences. Such is the case with the following. . .We had scheduled a teenage girl from the church to play her accordion on a Sunday morning just before the sermon. She was scheduled to play “How Great Thou Art.” This young lady was the only one from her family who attended church and was not always predictable. At the appropriate time she walked to the front of the church with her accordion and played a lovely rendition of “How Great Thou Art.” It was beautiful! It really set the mood for the rest of the service. I was ready to approach the pulpit with added enthusiasm for the majesty of our great God. Then it happened.
