STICK IT OUT
A little boy was goofing around all day long, paying no attention to his school work. After repeated warnings the teacher sent him to the principal’s office. The boy came back and paid careful attention to the teacher for several minutes. But then he was back to his earlier inattentiveness. His impatient teacher approached him, “What was the last thing the principal told you?” The boy replied, “If I can stick it out for five more minutes, school will be over.”
