THIN ICE
One day in spring, as I walked along a path close to the edge of a small lake, I discovered a sign that someone had altered. The original sign was a warning: “Thin ice.” But someone had added two letters to make it read “Think Nice.” Admittedly, no one should have written on the sign, but the new version of the original had excellent advice.
