ABLE TO SMELL OTHERS
Don’t you think it’s funny that we can easily smell someone else’s bad breath, but we cannot smell our own? Even though our mouth is directly under our nose, we have to depend on others to tell us when we need a breath mint. Doctors tell us that we can’t smell the odor in our own breath because our olfactory senses get so accustomed to the scent that our brain simply blocks it out. We are quick to judge the freshness of other people’s breath, not to mention any fault in their character.
