CRITICISM POLICY
Due to the increasing use of criticism around our church, we feel it necessary to determine some policy for the use of criticism that will be more productive for us all. If possible, please abide by these rules: 1. Criticisms should be placed 24 hours after the last prayer has been made for the issue. 2. Please limit criticism to one per family. 3. Only those who invest at least 4 hours a week are eligible to criticize. 4. Criticisms should ideally be made by those who like to be criticized. 5. Criticisms should be limited to 3 per issue. 6. People criticizing should remind those being criticized of how effective criticism is. 7. Please wait at least 24 hours after being criticized before criticizing someone else. 8. Be liberal with criticisms, not limiting them to a few people.
