One day a six-year-old girl was sitting in the classroom. The teacher was going to explain evolution to the children. The teacher asked a little boy: “Tommy do you see the tree outside?” Tommy answered, “Yes.” The teacher asked, “Tommy, do you see the grass outside?” Again, Tommy answered, “Yes.” The teacher instructed Tommy: “Go to the window, look up and see if you can see the sky.” Tommy did so and told the teacher, “Yes, I see the sky.” The teacher asked: “Did you see God?” Tommy said, “No, just the tree, grass, and sky.” The teacher concluded, “My point is that we can’t see God because he isn’t there.” A little girl spoke up and wanted to know if she could ask the little boy some questions.
