GOD IS HUMBLE
Humility is one aspect of our Lord’s character we seldom consider. Christians remark on God’s so-called communicable attributes — his holiness, his veracity, his love – – but we rarely reflect on his humility. It’s as though we’ve ignored God’s example and have allowed him to carry the burden of being humble for us and thus we’ve gotten rid of any need to appropriate this virtue for ourselves.
