NOT TOO THANKFUL
This is what one authority had to say about the behavior of children: “Our youngsters now love luxury. They have bad manners, contempt for authority, disrespect for older people. Children nowadays are tyrants. They no longer rise when their elders enter the room. They contradict their parents, chatter before company, gobble their food, and tyrannize their teachers.” It reads like today’s paper, but these are actually the words of the Greek philosopher Socrates, who lived over 400 years before the birth of Jesus Christ.
