THE PROFANITY OF HOMELESSNESS
A pastor who was known for his long sermons got up one Sunday morning to preach. He preached the shortest sermon he had ever delivered, and yet one of the most effective. He said, “My sermon this morning has three points. The first point is that over three million people are homeless in the world today. The second point is that most of you don’t give a d—. And the third point is, it is a shame that more of you are upset by the fact that I said the word ‘d—‘ than by the fact that over three million people are homeless in the world today.”
