Many of our leading Christian organizations are taking full advantage of the opportunities that God is giving. We have mentioned in the past of International Bible Society’s efforts in distributing Bibles. Now Campus Crusades, Focus on the Family, The Institute for Basic Life Principles and the like are developing astounding progress in impacting the lives of the receptive Russian people. A letter received recently from Bill Gothard tells of his second trip to Moscow in November, 1991. On his first trip in May of 1991 he was accompanied by 47 young people from the United States. On his second trip there were 300 students and staff who were transported by the first Russian Airliner to ever land at Chicago’s O’Hare Airport.
