BUT ON THE OTHER HAND A
San Francisco public relations man walking briskly to work was stopped by a panhandler who asked to borrow bus fare. The PR man gave him a dollar and the panhandler offered some good advice, “You’re working too hard. Relax a little. Take it easy like I do.” The PR man thought about it for awhile and it really bothered him. Later that afternoon, he told a client, “You know, maybe that bum had the right idea after all. What am I knocking myself out for? What am I getting out of life?” The client observed, “Well, for one thing, you had the money for the bus fare. Funny, Funny World
