Take-Your-Daughter-to-Work-Day is designed to expose our daughters to the work-place, to give them an equal opportunity to aspire to the vocations of their parents. A legal secretary took her daughter to work with her to expose the girl to her work-place. “This is where your mother works. This is where your mother files the legal papers for the lawyers. This is where your mother writes letters for the lawyers. This is where your mother answers the phone for the lawyers.” The mother saw the entire staff in the conference room preparing for a meeting. She took her daughter into the room to meet the lawyers. The first thing her daughter noticed was that all the lawyers were MEN! The daughter was a bit upset to see this.
