AN HONEST MECHANIC
A woman who knew little about cars took her car to a repair shop for a routine inspection but was worried that the mechanic would overcharge her for services that were never performed. The woman’s fears were set to rest when the mechanic charged her very little money and explained, “There was very little wrong with your car; I just had to put some new blinker fluid in it.” Adapted from a submission by Don Julian, Granger, Indiana
