A JEWISH BOY MADE IT
Two women lived in a nursing home were constantly bragging about their families. Molly was a Catholic and Sarah was a Jew. Molly received word that one of her grandsons had been accepted to study for the priesthood in a prestigious Catholic seminary. She felt like she would finally be able to outdo Sarah. She told Sarah about the exciting news. Sarah was not impressed and, instead, replied, “What’s so great about that; priests are poor.” Molly was not ready to agree with Sarah, so she suggested that her grandson would probably rise to the level of a bishop in a short amount of time.
