SIBLING RIVALRY
My friend Ronnie Patton took his family to a local restaurant for Sunday Brunch. After taking the parents’ order, the waitress came to the older boy, Robbie, and she asked what he would like to eat. He said he’d like eggs and she asked how he wanted them served. He said, “Over.” At this the waitress turned to the younger boy, John, and asked what he wanted. He said he also wanted eggs. She asked how he wanted them served. He turned to his brother and said, “How were you going to have them?” His brother said, “Over.” So John turned back to the waitress and said, “I’ll have mine ‘Under’.” Without batting an eye she wrote down his order and went off to the kitchen.
