HIS MASCULINE SISTER
While at an Annual Conference Board of Ordained Ministry Spring meeting where we interview those in the process of working toward the ordained ministry, our interview team had finished and we had a little bit of a break, so I walked down to the fellowship hall of the Church to get a Coke. The host Church has a Day Care Center and the doors of the rooms open on to the hallway leading to the fellowship hall. As I passed this one particular room, I couldn’t help but overhear a conversation between two of the teachers. One of them was relating a story to the other about one of the boys in her class. I never did catch the name of the boy but from the sign on the classroom door he was about three-years-old.
