VERBAL SUPER GLUE
Did you ever use super glue? Ever get any of it on your hands while you were trying to glue something? Not too long ago, I was trying to fix this ceramic figurine, and I glued a small piece of it to my hands. I couldn’t get it off. I waved it in the air, but it wouldn’t budge. I tugged it, I pulled it, it just wouldn’t come off. It was just stuck to me, forever I guess. If I pulled too hard, I could feel it tearing away the skin from my hand. I visited a family one time; the father of the family introduced the children. “This is Pete, he’s the clumsy one. That’s Kathy coming in with mud on her shoes. She’s the sloppy one.
