FINAL CALL
We should be “Ready at all times!” It’s sort of scary to start thinking about the end times. It’s sort of scary to think about that day when the gate will be closed and locked. Have you ever had the door closed in your face? Have you ever missed the last bus or train? I remember one time when I was in Hawaii while in the Coast Guard. The liberty launch, a boat that ran from the Coast Guard base on Sand Island over to Honolulu, ran every half hour until 1:00 am. A friend of mine and I had goofed around too long and at 1:05 am had come running to the dock only to see the liberty launch about a hundred yards away, headed across the bay toward the base.
