WATERLOGGED CHURCH
Christ taught that we should be in the world as a ship is in the ocean; but when the ocean seeps into the ship, it is in trouble. Today I fear the evangelical ship is taking on water. The leakage is so subtle, we might not even be aware that our vessel is about to be submerged. And when the ship is waterlogged, it cannot fulfill its rescue mission.
