BEST TIME TO PLANT
I remember visiting a nursery looking for a certain type of tree for the front yard of the last parsonage in which we lived. While there I saw a sign that said, “The best time to plant a tree was 15 years ago.” The next line stated, “The second best time is today.” Source Unknown
