SECOND GUESSERS
The “second guesser” group is composed of people known for their critical advice after any given project is complete. They are the cool characters who remain in the background while the planners and participants do the work. Once done, the second guessers join – not to contribute, but to gripe. Sometimes they swing into action with suggestions and plans that actually make sense. But where were they when the details were worked out at the beginning? Where were they when there was work to do? Second guessers assert they provide constructive criticism. Nonsense! They are the characters who would rather tear down than build. Their howls of complaint dampen the spirits of those who worked.
