He placed two advertisements in a regional magazine offering to contact people on the other side and has fielded dozens of calls from people seeking his services. In the first week he had five requests. By the second, he had more than two dozen. Messages ranged from “I love you and will join you soon” to a simple “Why, Dad?” from a child cut out of a will.
