VISION FOR THE MISSION
Late one night after the moon, which was the tourist’s guide, had gone down, he found himself lost in the mountains. There were only a very few hours left before daybreak, but instead of sitting down quietly and waiting for the morning, he determined if possible to find a certain path which led into the open road. He was cautiously feeling his way and seeking the path when his foot slipped and he caught at the first shrub or root that he could find and clung desperately to it, supposing that he was hanging over the brink of an abyss. He continued with a death grip to hold on to that which he laid hold of in falling, fearing that he would be plunged over the precipice. Thus he continued in an agony of fear throughout the night.
