SPECIAL OLYMPICS
I had a great experience three years ago down in Los Angeles — I went to the Special Olympics and there were several people from our church who were competing. I was sitting in the stands one day as they held the 220, which is about half the track in distance and there were these boys out on the track. And these are incredible people because they get fixed in their life about the age of seven. I love them. They are so genuine and such beautiful people. They don’t get to really know the things like pride and envy and those kind of things. They’re fixed at that quizzical age of seven. They just know how to live life full out.
