MISUNDERSTANDING
A young attorney worked at a law firm with a tradition for giving a turkey to each member of the law firm every Thanksgiving. This young attorney was single, lived alone, and had absolutely no use for a huge turkey. But every year, he politely accepted his turkey. One year, his friends at the office replaced his turkey with one made of papier-mache. They weighted it just right and attached a real turkey neck and tail. As real as it looked, it was completely bogus. That afternoon, he rode the bus home with the big turkey on his lap, wondering what in the world he would do with it.
