MOTIVATED GIVING
About two weeks before their fifth wedding anniversary, a husband asked his wife what she would like for a gift. She told him she would love something impractical and romantic. On the morning of their anniversary, he presented her with a lovely gold bracelet. He said very softly: “A little four-letter word made me get this for you.” The wife said, “Oh, how sweet — and is it the word L-O-V-E?” “No,” he replied, “S-A-L-E!”
