MOTIVATION
One day Linus is on his way to school with a bunch of spring flowers in his hand. Charlie Brown meets him along the way and immediately figures out what’s going on — Linus is taking flowers to the teacher. So Charlie Brown inquires: “Flowers for the teacher, Linus? You know, Linus, you’ll never get anywhere with Miss Othmar by trying to use bribery.” Linus turns around and confronts Charlie Brown and says: “Bribery? This isn’t bribery.
