We read in the Book of Genesis: God said, “Let us make man in Our own image, in the likeness of Ourselves” …
The Biblical writer then tells us … God created man in the image of Himself in the image of God He created him, male and female He created them (Gn. 1:26,27).
A child wrote a letter to God in which he said, “Dear God, I want to be just like You when I am Your age. O.K.? Tommy.”
Regardless of age, what is required of us if we are to image God? The Apostle Paul gives us this answer. “Christ,” Paul says … “… is the image of the unseen God and the first-born of all creation … God wanted all perfection to be found in Him and all things to be reconciled through Him, everything in heaven and everything on earth, when He made peace by His death on the Cross” (Col. 1:15,19,20).
Clearly, Paul is telling…
