For many, the motion picture “It’s A Wonderful Life” is a “must see” during the holiday season. Based on a short story entitled “The Greatest Gift,” this beloved Christmas classic, originally released in 1946, is considered one of the most loved films in American cinema. No doubt many of you watched it once again this holiday season. For those unfamiliar with the story, it’s a parable of a good, honest man who, after years of struggling to do the right thing, questions his life and the choices he’s made. Teetering on the brink of despair, the protagonist, George Bailey, finally concludes that his life has been a failure — that the world would be a better place if he had never been born.
