“…he has made known to us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure that he set forth in Christ, as a plan for the fullness of time, to gather up all things in him, things in heaven and things on earth”(Ephesians 1:9-10).

There once were two Major League baseball players – a pitcher and a catcher – who were so dedicated to their sport that they could not imagine life without it. Moreover, they could not imagine afterlife without it. Consequently, they entered into a pact: whoever died first would try to report back to the survivor on whether or not baseball was played in heaven. Soon after the agreement was made, the catcher was struck down by a truck and sent to his eternal reward. Being a man of his word, he appeared to the surviving pitcher in a dream. “I have good news and bad news for you,” he said. “The good news is that there is baseball up here…
