There once were two Major League baseball players – a pitcher and a catcher – who were so dedicated to their sport that they could not imagine life without it. Moreover, they could not imagine afterlife without it. Consequently, they entered into a pact: whoever died first would try to report back to the survivor on whether or not baseball was played in heaven.
