“What gain, then, is it for a man to win the whole world and ruin his life?” (Mk. 8:35-36).

A little fish named Gil was, in fact, the smallest fish in the pond. Because of his size, he spent most of his time avoiding being gobbled up by the great big fish. While hiding behind a rock one day, little Gil saw a nice juicy worm wiggling at the end of a long line. He opened his little mouth as wide as he could in order to take a bite out of the juicy morsel. And then, Zap!
