These days, who still knows
that Love is about “giving” and “surrender,”
about deep joy from “giving oneself” to another,
about giving one’s heart to another, with tenderness, with gentleness, with friendliness, with forgiveness,
with the surrender of might and control, with the surrender of physical power, with the surrender of self-exaltation.
These days, who still knows that Love is about humility?
