MORNING ATTITUDES
Bil Keane’s cartoon, “The Family Circus,” offers one particular cartoon with only two frames. In the first frame, Dolly gets out of bed and is standing looking out the window while she exclaims, “Good morning, Lord!” While in the second frame her father is sitting on the edge of the bed still half asleep and looks out the window saying, “Good Lord! Morning!” It’s a matter of attitude, isn’t it.
