CUTE HAND GRENADE
A man in New Jersey found an ornamental object in his front yard that had apparently fallen from a passing vehicle. He was fascinated with its design and decided to fix it up and attach it to the front of his car. A friend saw the oblong hood ornament and informed him that his new ornament was a hand grenade. What this poor guy thought was a cute hood ornament had the potential of destroying him. Sin has a similar potential. It may look attractive and desirable, but it has the power of destruction. Should you detect sin in your life, do not wear it with pride. Report it with repentance. The Holy Spirit will disable it before it destroys you.
