IS THERE A RESEMBLANCE
For the past twelve years on and off I have worn some white chin whiskers, and my features are somewhat like that of former surgeon General, C. Everette Koop. At least once a week and sometimes much more, somebody will say to me, “Has anyone ever told you that you bear a striking resemblance to that guy who used to be surgeon general?” Sometimes they remember his name, and sometimes they dont’t. I don’t really mind, because he is a fine man and has served our generation well. What would give me much greater pleasure though, is if someone would come up to me and say, “Do you know, you bear a remarkable resemblance to that Savior of the world, Jesus Christ?” I would be satisfied if they only thought it. Isn’t he the one we are supposed to bear resemblance to? By Paul A. Noxon, Castleton, New York
