THE BIBLE SAYS JUMP
One of the fathers in our congregation related to me how he and his five-year-old girl had been jumping together on their backyard trampoline. She was having a great time! Finally her father stopped for a rest and quoted a scripture verse: “You know, the Bible says, ‘Be still and know that I am God.'” His daughter quickly grew tired of her father’s inactivity and retorted, “The Bible says, ‘Jump, jump, jump!'” By Rich Thomson, Houston, Texas
