Adversity | Bible | Bible Study | Change | Holy Spirit | Prayer | Suffering

ELECTRICAL CONDUCTOR
Just as electricity must work through the means of a conductor, so the Holy Spirit must work through the means God has provided: prayer, God’s Word, and suffering. As a Christian reads the Bible and prays, he becomes more Christ-like, and the more he becomes like Christ, the more the unsaved world opposes him. So this daily “fellowship of His sufferings” (Philippians 3: 10 ) – drives the believer back to the Bible and prayer. All three tools work together.
