Just received my September issue of Parables Etc. and thank you so very much. You continue to do an excellent job with this publication and I want to encourage you to “keep up the good work.” Here is a story I heard recently which you may be able to use. I cannot vouch for its accuracy, but even if it is fictitious, it illustrates a great truth. In seems Knute Rockne was about to face the football team of USC, and he knew that USC had a far superior team and wondered if there was any way he could defeat them. Then he hit on this idea. He scoured the city of South Bend, Indiana for about a hundred of the biggest men he could find.
