GOD TRUSTED HER
One dear lady of faith who was a charter member of my previous congregation became blind some years ago during a worship service. She surprised many people when she responded to her predicament with a strange statement. She told people that she thanked God that he counted her trustworthy enough to entrust her with blindness. Blindness was to her not a curse but a sign of God’s faith in her. She knew that God trusted her to remain faithful to him in spite of the blindness. Her testimony speaks loudly of a faith that believes that all things work together for good.
