A LITTLE CHILD SHALL LEAD THEM
A couple of years ago one of my dear friends, Nancy Biedebach, shared an event with me from her own life. It illustrates the marvelous way that God will sometimes surprise us by meeting us in ways we would not expect. It was winter and Nancy was walking along the beach at Emerald Bay in Laguna. The beach was nearly deserted –just a few people walking, but no one near her, so she was hardly aware of anyone else at all, it was almost as if she had the entire beach to herself. Nancy felt she needed to be alone with God in prayer and truly cry out to him for comfort and help as she struggled with some deep personal concerns.
