MARY’S LAMB
Mary had a little Lamb,
Whose “fleece” was white as snow;
And everywhere that Lamb would walk,
He wanted me to go.
I followed Him to Bethlehem
One dark and starry night;
And in a stable cold and damp,
The virgin bore earth’s Light.
I followed Him to Galilee,
And there I heard Him preach;
He fed, He healed, He loved them all,
And by parables He did teach.
I followed Him to Gologtha;
The Lamb was on the tree.
Mary’s child and God’s own Son,
Had lost His life for me.
The Lamb of God and Mary’s child
Was not within the tomb.
He died, He lives and
He (the Lamb) is coming for us soon.
Mary had a little Lamb
who also was the Shepherd.
He came for you, He came for me,
The lost lambs He…
