HIS BLOOD COVERS IT
While serving as a counselor at Junior camp, I was attending a meeting for the staff of the camp. While at this meeting, the boys of my cabin got a bit rambunctious and brought a ten-foot long tree limb into the cabin. In the course of playing around, one of the boys “javelin threw” the limb out the door of the cabin. Unfortunately, the point of the limb did serious damage to the windshield of my van. Shortly after the meeting, several of the boys came to me and said that Joe had to talk to me, but they could not tell me why. Obviously, my curiosity was aroused! Eventually, Joe did come to me and said, “I had a stick and threw it, and it kinda left a mark on your windshield.” After inspecting the damage, I must say that I felt like skinning the kid alive!
